What is the dresscode for this event?

The dress code will be black tie affair with cosplay (floor length gowns and suit & tie) for the Starfall Ball. Examples will be posted on our TikTok and Instagram.

How much are tickets?

Tickets to this event will range from $150-225 per person. They will be for sale starting January 20th at 10am EST.

How do I become a VIP?

Purchase an Inner Circle VIP admission ticket while they are still available!

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! For the Starfall Ball, we will have grazing tables, food vendors & desserts. There will be two bars available to order at and VIP ticket holders will get a drink ticket.

How old do I have to be to attend?

This event is 21+ only, have your i.d. ready with your ticket at the door, we reserve the right to turn away anyone under 21 away from this event. Absolutely NO children are allowed at this event, there will be alcohol and adult themes.

What Airport should I fly into?

Plattsburgh International Airport (PBG) is 10 minutes from the venue, but it may benefit you to fly into Burlington International Airport (BTV) just across the lake from Plattsburgh, about 1 hour away, flying into Burlington does require you to take a ferry to Plattsburgh, but it is usually much less expensive.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets for the event are non-refundable, however, tickets can be sold or transferred to another person, but we will not be held liable for scams. Those reselling their tickets will not be allowed to significantly mark up their ticket.
